About Love, Bonito

Love, Bonito is a women’s fashion brand headquartered in Singapore and recognised as one of Southeast Asia’s leading womenswear labels. Founded in 2010, the company has grown from an online-only startup into a multi-channel business with more than 20 stores across Asia, supported by a strong digital presence.

The business is now looking ahead to its next phase of growth through new product categories, expansion into new markets, wholesale partnerships, and brand acquisitions. It aims to become a next-generation regional consumer group that combines creativity, technology, and strong execution.

The company culture is described as fast-moving, curious, and collaborative. It values initiative, trust, empathy, and high standards, and encourages people who want to grow, lead, and make a meaningful contribution.

Role Overview

This is a part-time contract position based in Singapore from August 2026 to December 2026. The role supports the DC Operations Manager across three main areas: migration to a new 3PL provider and associated operational setup, ERP system implementation, and marketplace operations.

The position is suited to someone who wants practical exposure to supply chain operations, systems rollouts, and e-commerce operations in a fast-paced retail setting.

3PL Transition and DC Operations Setup

You will help establish end-to-end operating processes as the business moves to a new third-party logistics partner in August. The scope includes both the Malaysia Local Distribution Centre and the Regional Distribution Centre in Singapore.

  • Assist in creating and documenting processes for inbound, outbound, reverse logistics, and inventory reconciliation alongside the new 3PL partner
  • Coordinate with internal teams and the 3PL to align on SOPs and system requirements
  • Work with 3PL warehouse management systems and the company’s internal operations tools
  • Support project tracking by monitoring deliverables, highlighting risks, and following up with stakeholders to help keep the migration on schedule
  • Help maintain milestone and timeline tracking to support a smooth transition

ERP Implementation Support

You will also assist in preparing and rolling out a new ERP platform, making sure operational workflows are configured properly and the team is ready to use the system at go-live.

  • Help map and document operational workflows for configuration in the ERP system
  • Coordinate with the ERP implementation team and internal stakeholders to ensure business needs are captured correctly
  • Support user acceptance testing by running scenarios, recording issues, and tracking fixes with the 3PL
  • Assist in preparing training materials or process documentation to support adoption by the operations team
  • Track rollout milestones and surface blockers or dependencies to the Project Manager

What You’ll Gain

  • Hands-on understanding of DC and 3PL operations across Singapore and Malaysia
  • Practical experience in process design for inbound, outbound, and reverse logistics flows
  • Exposure to project management in a live supply chain migration
  • Familiarity with warehouse management and logistics systems
  • Experience supporting ERP implementation, UAT coordination, and go-live readiness
  • Insight into cross-functional collaboration between operations, IT, and business teams

Requirements

  • Currently studying for, or recently completed, a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Strong organisational ability with the capacity to manage several tasks and deadlines at once
  • Clear and proactive communication style, with confidence in following up and raising issues early
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative in a dynamic, fast-changing operations environment
  • Familiarity with ERP and WMS tools in an omni-channel or e-commerce setting
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, which are required
  • SQL knowledge is considered an advantage

Why Join Love, Bonito

You’ll be joining a company that values purpose, high performance, and genuine teamwork. The environment is described as ambitious, fast-paced, and supportive of people who want to grow and contribute meaningfully. Team members are encouraged to work with integrity, empathy, and ownership, while helping shape the future of an emerging global consumer brand.
