About the Role
This position is with a manufacturing business that produces sheet metal components and exhaust systems for a broad range of vehicle types. The role is based in Pune and is focused on quality assurance supervision within a production environment.
Profile Summary
The selected candidate will oversee shift-level quality assurance activities, support inspection processes in a sheet metal press shop, manage manpower, coordinate shift schedules, and prepare routine reports. Familiarity with IATF systems is an important part of the role.
Key Duties
- Handle supervision of daily shift operations related to quality assurance.
- Support work in a sheet metal press shop and ensure job inspections are completed properly.
- Coordinate manpower deployment across the shift.
- Plan and manage shift schedules.
- Prepare and submit shift reports and related updates.
- Work in line with IATF system requirements.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants should have a BE in Mechanical Engineering or a D.M.E qualification. The role is suited to professionals with 1 to 2 years of experience. Candidates must be comfortable working across all shifts and should be ready to relocate to the Shirwal area.
Compensation
Salary can go up to 27,000 per month for experienced candidates.
