The Housekeeping Supervisor plays a key part in the smooth running of daily housekeeping activities. This position is responsible for guiding the housekeeping team, organizing room allocations, and making sure cleanliness and guest-service standards remain consistently high.

Key Duties

The supervisor oversees day-to-day housekeeping tasks, checks guest rooms and shared spaces, keeps an eye on linen and supply inventory, escalates maintenance concerns, and helps ensure that guest rooms are prepared on time. The role also requires maintaining professional standards of conduct, supporting efficient turndown service, and following the property’s housekeeping procedures and quality expectations.
