Role overview
Infosys is looking for a seasoned SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay professional for an onsite contract assignment in India. The role calls for hands-on expertise in managing end-to-end compensation cycles and variable pay processes within SuccessFactors.

Core responsibilities
- Support and execute at least two complete end-to-end SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay cycles.
- Apply strong functional knowledge of SuccessFactors Compensation capabilities.
- Handle compensation design areas such as short-term incentives, long-term incentive plans, and merit planning for salaried employees.
- Work with union and non-union employee groups covered under collective agreements.
- Prepare and manage SuccessFactors compensation statements.
- Use the BIZX reporting tool, including ORD and Reporting Analytics, for reporting needs.
- Manage launch forms and route forms as part of the compensation process.
Skills and expertise
