Role overview
This position is part of the Student Welfare function and is based in Dubai and Gurgaon, with travel required each term. The role is full-time and focuses on supporting students’ wellbeing while contributing to a strong global learning environment.
What you will do
- Provide support to students dealing with welfare matters, wellbeing needs, and routine day-to-day concerns.
- Handle welfare-related cases, keep records up to date, and complete follow-ups as needed.
- Carry out student check-ins and help drive engagement activities.
- Plan and deliver orientations, workshops, and community-building events.
- Work with teams across the organization to improve the overall student experience.
- Maintain trackers, reports, and other operational documentation and processes.
What we are looking for
- Professionals with 1–3 years of experience in Student Welfare, Student Experience, Program Management, Higher Education, Counselling Support, or a similar area.
- Strong verbal and written communication, along with good interpersonal skills.
- Well-developed organization and problem-solving capabilities.
- Comfort in fast-moving, multicultural work settings.
- A bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Human Development, Social Work, or a related field is preferred.
