Student Affairs Specialist

Role overview

What you will do

• Provide support to students dealing with welfare matters, wellbeing needs, and routine day-to-day concerns.
• Handle welfare-related cases, keep records up to date, and complete follow-ups as needed.
• Carry out student check-ins and help drive engagement activities.
• Plan and deliver orientations, workshops, and community-building events.
• Work with teams across the organization to improve the overall student experience.
• Maintain trackers, reports, and other operational documentation and processes.

What we are looking for

• Professionals with 1–3 years of experience in Student Welfare, Student Experience, Program Management, Higher Education, Counselling Support, or a similar area.
• Strong verbal and written communication, along with good interpersonal skills.
• Well-developed organization and problem-solving capabilities.
• Comfort in fast-moving, multicultural work settings.
• A bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Human Development, Social Work, or a related field is preferred.
