Job description

About the role

This role sits within gTech’s Strategy and Operations function, where the team acts as a strategic partner to help shape business direction and support meaningful change. The group combines business knowledge, strategic thinking, analytics, and communication to build plans and drive outcomes for gTech.

As part of the Central gTech Strategy and Operations organization, you will contribute to annual planning, performance analysis, and high-priority strategic work across gTech. The position involves solving complex and sometimes ambiguous business problems, partnering across functions, and helping the organization deliver customer care more efficiently at a global scale.

The Go-to-Market Operations team supports the broader Ads business by making sure strategy is translated into strong execution and smooth operations. Team members are expected to be analytical, strategic, and practical in how they get work done.

Location and application information

The application period is expected to stay open until at least July 2, 2026, though the posting may remain available longer or close earlier depending on business needs.

Applicants may be able to choose a preferred working location from Sunnyvale, CA; Atlanta, GA; Boulder, CO; New York, NY; or San Francisco, CA.

Candidates applying in San Francisco will be reviewed in line with the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act.

Minimum qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity; or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications

  • Background in turning business problems into practical recommendations and useful solutions.
  • Experience using analytical methods and tools such as SQL, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and spreadsheets.
  • Ability to understand market, product, organizational, and cross-functional context, and know when to bring in additional support.
  • Comfort taking ownership of project components and supporting business processes with some direction.
  • Strong data interpretation skills and the ability to present findings clearly and persuasively.

Pay is influenced by role-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In the US, the base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $142,000, with a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.

Equal opportunity

The employer is committed to equal opportunity and affirmative action in hiring. Candidates are considered regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, or veteran status. Qualified applicants with criminal histories are also considered in accordance with applicable laws. Accommodation support is available for applicants who need it.
