About the role
As a Strategic Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for the success of Parloa’s most important enterprise clients. The role centers on long-term partnerships, measurable business results, and multi-year growth. You will work where strategy, implementation, and expansion meet, helping large organizations navigate complex AI and customer experience transformations.
This position offers the chance to partner with top-tier enterprises, convert AI strategy into real operational impact, and support large-scale deployments while helping position Parloa as a lasting transformation partner.
Key areas of ownership
- Take full responsibility for strategic enterprise accounts, including success plans, KPIs, and clear business outcomes across the customer journey.
- Work with senior leaders to turn AI and customer experience strategy into initiatives that operate across business units and geographies.
- Coordinate complex implementations by aligning Product, Engineering, Deployment, and external partners to ensure timely and effective launches.
- Measure and communicate value through data-backed insights, executive business reviews, and compelling success stories.
- Spot and pursue expansion opportunities, growing successful use cases across regions, teams, and functions.
- Partner closely with Sales, Solution Engineering, Value Consulting, and other stakeholders to align strategy, execution, and long-term growth.
