Role overview

This position focuses on shaping and delivering media and communication strategies that reinforce organizational and business goals. Core responsibilities

• Assist in creating and refining executive communication plans and internal policy documentation.
• Design and implement an annual media strategy that supports corporate communication priorities and business objectives, with emphasis on strengthening media relationships.
• Prepare and execute positioning approaches for senior executives and leadership teams.
• Write, translate, and adapt media content such as press statements, speeches, key messages, and announcements.
• Manage media relations activities, including press tracking, coverage evaluation, and sentiment analysis.
• Map important external stakeholders and tailor messages and media outreach to each audience segment.
• Keep the media contact list current and well-organized.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for media relations, coordinating with agencies to keep messaging aligned across local, regional, and international audiences.
• Collect and share information about organizational initiatives to ensure consistency across partner programs.
• Create and refresh press assets such as media kits, frequently asked questions, boilerplates, and news releases.
• Work with internal teams to identify communication needs and media opportunities.
• Organize media training, press engagements, and interview preparation for company spokespeople and senior leaders.
