The Regis Company builds learning technology that powers immersive, experience-based programs for major Fortune 500 organizations. Based in downtown Golden, Colorado, the company serves customers around the world and has supported more than 1.2 million learners across six continents. Its work has been recognized with 50+ awards, including honors for leadership simulation tools, executive education, and gaming or simulation technology.

The business is bringing an AI-native talent readiness platform to market and is looking for an experienced enterprise seller to help drive its next stage of growth.

Role Overview

This position owns net-new growth across the global Fortune 1000. The hire will manage the entire enterprise sales process, starting with outbound prospecting and continuing through contract close. The role is suited to someone who understands complex B2B selling, can create pipeline independently, and is comfortable engaging senior learning and talent leaders in strategic conversations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the complete enterprise sales journey, from initial outreach through final deal closure, with a focus on new logo acquisition.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy qualified pipeline with enough volume and discipline to support consistent quota attainment.
  • Run discovery meetings with CLOs, Heads of Learning, L&D stakeholders, and instructional design teams to surface priorities, pain points, and decision criteria.
  • Present the SimGate platform confidently and craft proposals that connect learning spend to measurable business impact.
  • Guide enterprise buying groups through complex evaluation cycles and align stakeholders across learning, HR, and business functions.
  • Keep HubSpot pipeline records current and provide accurate forecast updates.
  • Bring customer feedback to Product and Marketing so it can inform platform direction and market positioning.
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced startup setting that requires initiative, flexibility, and strong ownership.

Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, preferably selling SaaS or learning technology to large organizations.
  • Strong background in the corporate learning market, with a network that reaches executive decision-makers at major enterprises.
  • Demonstrated success closing new business and outperforming quota in long-cycle, multi-stakeholder sales environments.
  • Ability to build pipeline from the ground up and prospect strategically.
  • Practical experience using AI tools to improve sales productivity and outcomes.
  • Consultative selling style built on active listening, trust, and thoughtful problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling ability.
  • Curious, growth-oriented mindset with motivation to keep learning and improving.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base pay of $110,000 to $130,000.
  • Target total earnings (OTE) of $220,000 to $260,000.
