About the Role
TALLY WEiJL is looking for a Store Visual Merchandiser for the Bremen area. The role focuses on creating a strong in-store presentation that reflects the brand’s fashion identity and delivers an inspiring shopping environment for customers.
The company was founded in 1984 and has spent nearly 40 years building its presence across 35 countries, with more than 700 stores, an online presence, and a community of over 3 million social media fans.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement the visual merchandising concept across assigned stores and windows in line with brand guidelines.
- Maintain a consistently attractive and inspiring store look for shoppers.
- Support customer experience indirectly through effective product presentation.
- Take part in regular training workshops.
- Work closely with the Store Manager and Area Visual Merchandiser to achieve shared targets.
Candidate Profile
- At least 2 to 3 years of proven experience in visual merchandising, with the ability to handle complex and varied tasks independently.
- Flexibility to travel regularly by train between stores.
- Structured, self-driven working style with the ability to stay organized across multiple locations.
- Strong sense for trends and colour, plus a keen visual eye.
- Fluent German skills; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, and personal drive.
