Job description
Role overview
This position is focused on overseeing the unit’s stores, materials, and inventory flow to ensure everything is tracked accurately and kept in good condition.
Core duties
- Handle day-to-day control of inventory and materials across the unit.
- Carry out stock verification on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Keep the stock register updated and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Check incoming materials visually when they are received.
- Prepare GRNs and initiate items for quality inspection review.
Eligibility
Candidates with a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Business Administration/Bachelor of Management Studies, or Bachelor of Commerce in any specialization may apply.
