Role Summary

The Staffing Coordinator position is a full-time role based in Lusaka with a hybrid setup, combining office-based and remote work. In this role, you will manage recruitment activities, organize onboarding sessions for new employees, keep communication flowing between clients and staff, and contribute to high-quality service delivery. You will also handle interview scheduling, update staffing records, and assist with the company’s hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment activities from start to finish.
• Arrange and coordinate interview schedules.
• Conduct and support onboarding or orientation for new hires.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and employees.
• Deliver responsive customer service support.
• Keep staffing databases and related records accurate and up to date.
• Support day-to-day staffing and hiring needs across the organization.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of hiring and interview processes.
• Good communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience facilitating orientation sessions for new hires.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle several tasks at once.
• Comfort working independently in a hybrid work environment.
• Exposure to staffing software or applicant tracking systems is advantageous.
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
