Role Overview

CareChoice Macroom is seeking registered Staff Nurses to join its nursing home team in Sleveen East, County Cork, Ireland. The organisation has more than 20 years of experience in the nursing homes sector and is focused on building a highly trusted and respected nursing home brand in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of resident care and nursing practice.
• Oversee the day-to-day work of care and nursing staff.
• Help organise and coordinate resident activities.
• Ensure duties are carried out in line with HIQA requirements and regulations.

Candidate Profile

• Applicants must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
• Strong clinical knowledge, leadership ability, and organisational skills are essential.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others are required.
