Job Purpose

The primary objective of this role is to foster a safe and comfortable working environment by ensuring strict adherence to company policies and established standards, thereby maintaining a high level of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the implementation of all EHS policies and procedures in alignment with Nestlé's global standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify and analyze potential workplace hazards that could pose risks to personnel, property, or the environment.
• Investigate, document, and photograph all accidents and incidents, compiling and analyzing data to produce comprehensive reports with recommendations for corrective actions.
• Perform ergonomic evaluations of workstations and review employee work processes, suggesting modifications to minimize discomfort and prevent injuries.
• Collaborate with staff and other stakeholders to reduce the incidence and severity of workplace accidents and losses, promoting a culture of safety and loss prevention.
• Deliver necessary safety training programs to employees.
• Develop and maintain emergency response plans.
• Guarantee compliance with ISO 45001-2018 standards.
• Consistently adhere to Nestlé's EHS rules and procedures during working hours to ensure personal safety and the safety of colleagues.

Experience & Requirements

• Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
• Accumulate 1 to 3 years of professional experience in the health and safety field.
• Hold a SAFETY Kawader certificate.
• Possession of OSHA/NEBOSH or HSE/OSH certification is considered an advantage.

This position is based at the Nestlé Waters KSA – Almanhal Water Factory, located in the Second Industrial Area of Riyadh.
