Sr Program Supervisor - Saudi National Only

Honeywell is hiring an experienced senior program supervisor to lead MSI projects in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Region. The position centers on managing low current solutions, ICT, and security system projects from early planning through final handover, with a strong focus on delivery quality, coordination, and stakeholder alignment.

What You’ll Do

• Create detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, budgets, and resource needs.
• Work with stakeholders to define objectives, requirements, and delivery expectations.
• Apply established project management methods and ensure execution stays on track.
• Track progress, spot risks early, and put mitigation actions in place.
• Maintain complete project records such as charters, schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Guide cross-functional teams made up of engineers, technicians, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Provide clear direction, support, and coordination to keep the team aligned.
• Encourage teamwork, open communication, and a productive working environment.
• Run regular review meetings to discuss status, issues, and next steps.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, authorities, and other key stakeholders.
• Share updates, milestones, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage concerns and expectations while keeping all parties informed.
• Partner with engineering and delivery teams to integrate systems and meet regulatory requirements.
• Apply quality control checks to ensure the delivered systems meet required standards.
• Perform inspections and testing to confirm compliance with specifications.
• Handle technical, operational, and financial risks through proactive planning.
• Manage change requests to reduce disruption when scope changes occur.
• Prepare and control project budgets and make effective use of available resources.
• Monitor spending, identify savings opportunities, and address budget limits.
• Coordinate with procurement teams for equipment, materials, and related services.

What You Need

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a closely related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Hands-on experience managing ICT and security system projects.
• Strong understanding of ELV systems, ICT infrastructure, security solutions, and related regulations and standards.
• Solid capability in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk control.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams effectively.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort using project management software and related tools.
• PMP certification or an equivalent credential is advantageous.
