Role Overview
This position focuses on driving new business for BVC Logistics by reaching out to retail and SME prospects, understanding their needs, and converting them into active customers. The role also includes helping clients adopt the wallet platform and supporting the full sales cycle from lead generation to conversion.
What You'll Do
- Prospect for new retail and SME accounts through outbound calling.
- Understand customer needs and position BVC Logistics offerings accordingly.
- Encourage customers to onboard and actively use the wallet solution.
- Support wallet setup, recharge, and day-to-day transaction usage.
- Stay in touch with leads and work them through to conversion.
- Keep detailed and up-to-date records of customer conversations and sales progress.
- Nurture customer relationships through consistent follow-ups.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Meet the assigned sales and revenue goals.
Ideal Background
Applicants should be graduates in any stream and bring 1 to 4 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, customer acquisition, telecalling, banking sales, fintech sales, logistics sales, or courier sales. Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities are important for success in this role, along with comfort in outbound calling and lead conversion.
Eligibility
Open to any graduate with relevant sales exposure. Candidates with prior experience in outbound sales, telecalling, or customer acquisition will be preferred.
