Its portfolio includes TGL presented by SoFi, WTGL, and upcoming men’s and women’s professional flag football leagues. The company was founded by Tiger Woods, Rory McIlroy, and sports executive Mike McCarley.

- Work closely with the Technology and Innovation team to assess, choose, and improve business intelligence tools and underlying data systems.
- Direct and oversee external agency partnerships across reporting and first-party research, ensuring alignment, quality, and consistency.
- Translate complicated data into clear business stories and strategic recommendations for senior leaders in marketing, communications, and partnerships.
Experience and Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, strategy, or a closely related discipline.
- A demonstrated history of creating and leading enterprise analytics capabilities, including scalable reporting, dashboards, and self-service solutions.
- Experience setting analytics direction and managing business intelligence solutions across multiple stakeholders and business units.
- Strong knowledge of modern BI platforms, data visualization tools, and analytics environments, with the ability to assess and improve them over time.
- Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and support data-driven decisions within complex, matrixed organizations.
