What You Will Do

You will contribute to the design, delivery, and ongoing improvement of learning and development experiences across NAM. Depending on business needs, the role may lean toward readiness and acceleration or enablement and capability-building.

Work may include onboarding, leadership development, capability-building programs, learning content creation, learning systems support, and facilitation across live, virtual, and digital settings.

The position also plays an important role in ensuring development initiatives improve readiness, deepen capability, and create consistent talent experiences across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and deliver leadership and development programs across different formats and audiences.
  • Convert capability gaps into usable learning solutions that address real business needs.
  • Develop, update, and manage learning resources and supporting materials.
  • Support digital learning delivery through learning platforms and systems, including LMS tools.
  • Make sure learning content stays aligned with current business goals and leadership standards.
  • Work with internal partners to advance development programs and organizational priorities.
  • Lead or assist with leadership programs, workshops, and other important learning sessions while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Collect input from the field, review feedback, and look at performance patterns to improve learning outcomes and participant experience.
  • Reinforce Pandora’s culture, values, and leadership expectations through all development touchpoints.
  • Support leadership readiness for critical roles through onboarding, acceleration, and capability-building initiatives.
  • Plan and facilitate learning experiences for leadership meetings, conferences, and larger events.
  • Own assigned talent initiatives while coordinating with the wider Talent team to keep experiences connected and consistent.

Candidate Profile

Successful candidates should bring experience in retail leadership, talent, learning and development, leadership development, or a related business area. The role requires someone who can create and facilitate learning experiences across in-person, virtual, and digital channels.

You should be comfortable working in a fast-moving, field-oriented environment, managing several priorities at once, and adapting quickly when needs change. A strong grasp of adult learning, leadership development, capability building, and talent practices such as development, assessment, career growth, and inclusion is important.

This position also calls for strong communication, facilitation, collaboration, organization, and project management skills, along with the ability to create engaging learning content. Comfort with learning technologies, a data-informed mindset, and the ability to connect talent work to business outcomes are also valued. HR certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP are a plus.
