Role overview
This position focuses on creating a memorable spa and guest journey within a high-empowerment environment. The main goal is to represent the brand consistently, ensure every visitor receives polished service from arrival to departure, and deliver spa treatments to the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities
- Carry out daily operational duties in line with established service standards and procedures.
- Look for opportunities to exceed guest expectations wherever possible.
- Help prevent guest complaints and support service recovery when issues arise.
- Communicate actively and positively with team members while keeping guest needs as the top priority.
Requirements
- You should bring a sincere service-oriented approach and strong emotional intelligence.
- Therapists must hold a recognized spa therapy qualification.
- At least 2 years of comparable experience in a 5-star hospitality environment is required.
- Strong written and spoken English skills are mandatory; knowledge of another language is considered an advantage.
- A minimum of a high school diploma is necessary, and a college degree in Hotel Management or a related area is preferred.
Performance expectations
Your performance will be evaluated based on how well you follow service standards, go beyond the expected level of service, avoid guest dissatisfaction, and work collaboratively with colleagues in the guests’ best interest.
