Role Summary
This is a full-time remote recruitment position. The selected professional will handle the complete hiring cycle, from identifying suitable candidates and reviewing applications to interviewing applicants and coordinating with hiring managers. The role also involves keeping talent pools organized, maintaining accurate recruitment documentation, and making sure candidates have a smooth and respectful experience throughout the process.
In addition, the specialist will work closely with internal teams to understand hiring needs, assist with onboarding activities, and help arrange orientation or training sessions when required. Regular communication with clients and internal stakeholders will be part of the job to ensure recruitment efforts stay aligned with broader business objectives.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and hiring is important.
- Strong interviewing ability and clear professional communication are needed to evaluate applicants and maintain good working relationships.
- Exposure to training support, onboarding, or basic induction activities is expected.
- Experience in recruitment, HR, placement services, staffing, or a corporate hiring environment is an advantage.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, job portals, and standard MS Office tools is preferred.
- The ability to organize work, manage priorities, cooperate with teams, and safeguard confidential information is essential.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline is preferred.
