Software Tester

Role Overview

Join Rubrix Analytics as a Software Tester, where you will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability and performance of our products. Collaborate with our development and design teams to identify, report, and resolve software defects and inconsistencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive testing including functional, system, integration, and regression tests.
• Create and maintain automation scripts to streamline testing processes.
• Identify, document, and track software bugs and inconsistencies.
• Work closely with developers to diagnose and fix issues.
• Coordinate with team members to understand updates and evaluate new product features.
• Record and document all test phases and defect details for reference.
• Conduct testing after software deployment or implementation.
• Contribute to planning and estimating efforts, as well as preparing test cases for upcoming features.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in software testing or related roles.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment independently.
• Committed to high standards of ownership and job performance impacting company success.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills suitable for fast-paced workflows.
• Solid knowledge of software testing principles and methods.
• Familiarity with automation and load testing tools such as Selenium and JMeter.
• Excellent skills in communication and documentation.
