We are seeking an early-career software engineer to join our product teams and contribute to the technology powering millions of adventures.

What You'll Do

This role offers immediate impact, moving beyond a traditional graduate learning period. You will be responsible for:

• Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining features utilized by a global user base of owners and hirers.
• Collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and engineers of all levels to translate concepts into user-centric products.
• Engaging with AI and Machine Learning technologies to enhance product intelligence.
• Participating in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback, and gaining exposure to CI/CD, monitoring, and observability best practices.
• Troubleshooting complex bugs, optimizing performance, and ensuring the reliability and security of our international marketplace.
• Contributing to key areas such as scaling international marketplaces and managing insurance and membership programs.

You will be supported by mentors, given ownership from the outset, and provided with opportunities for professional growth.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking individuals who are:

• Recent graduates or soon-to-be graduates in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or those with equivalent self-taught experience and demonstrable skills.
• Possess a strong understanding of fundamental software engineering principles and a passion for continuous learning.
• Exhibit curiosity about AI and emerging technologies in software development.
• Effective communicators who enjoy collaborative teamwork.
• Proactive problem-solvers who approach challenges with enthusiasm.

While extensive experience is not required, a sharp mind, eagerness to learn, and readiness to contribute are essential.
