Role overview
Sellrly is hiring a seasoned Social Media Marketing Manager who can independently run paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. This position is for someone with proven, hands-on experience in performance-driven social advertising—not a training or entry-level opportunity. The person in this role should be ready to contribute quickly to planning, launching, improving, and scaling campaigns.
What you’ll do
- Oversee paid social activity across Meta, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Create, launch, and refine campaigns aimed at stronger conversion rates, improved ROAS, lower CAC, better audience quality, and scalable growth.
- Work directly inside the ad platforms rather than only supervising from outside.
- Study performance data and turn insights into clear action items.
- Run tests on creatives, audiences, offers, landing pages, and campaign structures.
- Share short, practical updates on what is performing well, what is underperforming, and what should change next.
- Collaborate with a distributed team spanning strategy, creative, media, and operations.
What the company is looking for
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in social media marketing or paid social.
- Hands-on experience managing Facebook campaigns is required.
- Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads Manager is required.
- Direct experience running Instagram and Meta campaigns is required.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce, performance marketing, attribution, retargeting, and funnel optimization.
- Ability to work independently with minimal training or supervision.
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving startup setting.
- Strong communication skills and sound decision-making.
Good-to-have experience
- Background working with Shopify or ecommerce brands.
- Exposure to TikTok Shop, creator commerce, affiliate commerce, or live commerce.
- Experience optimizing for ROAS, CAC, AOV, LTV, and conversion volume.

Engagement details
