About the role
DermCare Management is hiring a Social Media Manager to support its busy South Florida practice locations in Miami, Florida. Working with the Director of Marketing, this person will help establish the brand as a trusted source for cosmetic services, including invasive and non-invasive treatments such as Botox and fillers, by shaping a quarterly media plan and running campaigns that support business goals.
What you will do
- Shape the social media direction for the South Florida practices by defining the content approach, brand voice, and community engagement across all channels.
- Handle day-to-day publishing, audience interaction, and online conversation management across every platform.
- Keep a detailed social calendar covering practice updates, provider spotlight videos, events, and timely moments from the practice, while staying flexible enough to respond to beauty-related happenings.
- Track audience growth, engagement levels, and community sentiment, then summarize the results for stakeholders.
- Plan and deliver an influencer marketing program designed to expand reach and generate strong return on investment.
- Work closely with editorial, partnership, and public relations teams to create content that supports broader marketing goals and strengthens brand recognition.
- Draft marketing copy that supports web development efforts and helps improve practice websites.
- Monitor web and social channels for emerging topics, conversations, trends, and news related to cosmetics and plastic surgery.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a coordinator or manager-level position.
- Strong brand experience, ideally gained in healthcare or beauty.
- Demonstrated success in driving measurable social media results.
- Hands-on experience building and running an influencer marketing program.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
- Deep familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and platform-specific features.
- Ability to create and execute influencer partnerships from strategy through delivery.
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to turn complex ideas into content that is easy to understand.
- Previous experience working with creative vendors, web developers, and agency partners.
- Comfort working as part of a team and building trust with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Confidence and credibility when working with senior leadership.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, for editing captured content.
