Role overview

Belle Homes Real Estate is hiring a full-time Social Media Manager and Content Creator in Dubai, UAE, near Terminal 2 Airport. The position offers a monthly salary of AED 3,500 to AED 5,000. The selected candidate will lead the company’s digital presence, create engaging visual content, and help increase audience engagement within the UAE real estate space.

Core responsibilities

• Produce attractive photo and video assets for property marketing and brand visibility, including short-form formats such as Reels and TikToks.
• Handle day-to-day social media planning, scheduling, and publishing across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Craft engaging captions and apply effective hashtag strategies to improve reach and discoverability.
• Monitor content and campaign performance, then use insights to refine future posts and support community growth.

Experience and qualification requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in social media management and content creation.
• A portfolio showing successful campaigns and strong quality in photo/video production.
• Solid video editing ability using tools such as CapCut or Premiere Pro, along with basic graphic design skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a closely related discipline.
• Hands-on knowledge of running Meta ads is mandatory.
• Experience in real estate marketing is an advantage.
