Role Overview

This Social Media Manager position is focused on client partnership, strategic support, and consistently high-quality delivery across a range of brand accounts. It suits someone who enjoys balancing big-picture thinking with hands-on client service. You will work closely with agency leadership and the creative team to support client growth through thoughtful social media management.

What This Role Involves

  • Act as the main contact for a group of client accounts.
  • Develop strong, trust-based relationships with clients through clear communication and dependable results.
  • Work with clients to understand their objectives, pain points, and growth opportunities.
  • Partner with leadership on account planning, client strategy, and business development efforts.
  • Create content calendars that are engaging, well-structured, and aligned with strategy.
  • Coordinate with content creators, designers, photographers, and videographers to ensure polished delivery across all assets.
  • Oversee timelines, task flow, and internal coordination so client work stays efficient and on schedule.
  • Support the planning and execution of social media, content, and broader digital marketing initiatives.
  • Track account performance, spot patterns, and recommend improvements and growth opportunities.
  • Prepare monthly reports, campaign summaries, and strategic takeaways for clients.
  • Stay ahead of client needs, address issues early, and contribute to a consistently strong client experience.
  • Take part in brainstorming, content planning, and strategy discussions.
  • Help improve agency processes and contribute ideas that support overall growth.

Candidate Profile

The agency is looking for someone who communicates clearly, thinks creatively, stays organized, and works well in a fast-moving environment. The right person should be comfortable managing competing priorities while remaining detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and dependable. A strong interest in marketing, storytelling, branding, and continuous improvement is also important.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in social media.
  • Previous agency experience is preferred, though not mandatory.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Solid project management, organization, and time-management abilities.
  • Comfort handling several clients, deadlines, and priorities at once.
  • Good knowledge of social media marketing, content strategy, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Advanced Canva skills, including the ability to make professional social graphics, presentations, and client-ready materials.
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace and project management tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality output.
  • Strategic thinking and practical problem-solving with a proactive service mindset.
  • Strong visual judgment and a good eye for branding, layout, and content presentation.
