Role Summary
This is a part-time, remote opportunity for a Social Media Manager. The selected person will plan, produce, and publish content across major social platforms while maintaining a unified brand voice and visual style.
Core Responsibilities
The role includes building and maintaining a content calendar, preparing and scheduling posts, overseeing social activity on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, and other relevant channels, and keeping audience interactions timely and professional. It also involves reviewing performance data to identify improvement opportunities, increasing reach and engagement, partnering with internal teams and outside collaborators on campaigns, and protecting the brand’s luxury aesthetic. Staying aware of platform changes, market trends, and current best practices is also expected, along with suggesting fresh content formats and growth ideas.
Qualifications
Candidates should bring proven experience in social media marketing and optimization, along with hands-on management of brand accounts on multiple platforms. Strong writing and communication ability is essential, as is the skill to produce content that is clear, engaging, and aligned with the brand. Experience in building content strategy and managing calendars, using analytics tools, and preparing performance reports is required. The role also calls for strong organization, time management, and the ability to handle several projects and deadlines at once.
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related area is preferred, though equivalent practical experience is also acceptable.
Preferred Background
Additional advantage goes to candidates who have worked with luxury fashion, lifestyle, beauty, luxury hospitality, premium consumer, or direct-to-consumer brands. Familiarity with luxury lifestyle branding, quiet-luxury aesthetics, and visual storytelling is highly valued, as is strong aesthetic judgment. Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools is helpful. Basic knowledge of paid social advertising and exposure to influencer marketing, creator partnerships, and brand collaborations are also desirable.
