Role Overview
TalentPop App is seeking a Social Media & Influencer Coordinator to connect brand-owned social media efforts with influencer-led growth. This position calls for someone who can think strategically, spot emerging opportunities, and turn short-lived buzz into lasting brand impact.
In this role, you will help strengthen the company’s social presence, expand awareness, improve engagement, and support conversion objectives for e-commerce partners through smart influencer partnerships and coordinated social campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Create influencer marketing plans that align with wider social media activity and brand objectives.
- Research, identify, and reach out to influencers who are shaping conversations on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with influencers, agencies, and other partners.
- Track campaign schedules and ensure influencer content is delivered on time.
- Review influencer-created assets and approve content to confirm it fits brand standards and messaging.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, then use the findings to improve future results.
- Work closely with social, content, and paid media teams to support integrated marketing execution.
Candidate Profile
- You should have at least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing and social media marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities are important.
- You need a solid grasp of social platform algorithms, trends, and content behavior.
- Comfort with interpreting performance metrics and turning them into practical actions is expected.
- A creative approach to campaign ideas and digital storytelling will help you succeed.
Technical Requirements
This position requires a PC or laptop with at least an i5 processor and 8 GB RAM, along with a dependable internet connection of 25 Mbps or higher.
