Role Overview
TalentPop App is seeking a Social Media & Influencer Coordinator to connect organic social efforts with influencer-led growth. This role is best suited for someone who can think strategically, spot opportunities in fast-moving social trends, and turn short-term buzz into sustained brand impact.
What You’ll Be Driving
You will help unify the brand’s social presence by using influencer partnerships as part of a broader marketing approach. The goal is to strengthen awareness, boost engagement, and support conversion outcomes for e-commerce partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Create influencer marketing plans that align with social media priorities and overall brand objectives.
- Research, identify, and reach out to creators who are trending on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Build and sustain professional relationships with influencers, agencies, and partner teams.
- Track campaign schedules and ensure influencer deliverables are completed on time.
- Review creator content and approve materials only when they match the brand direction.
- Analyze performance data using analytics tools to measure ROI and improve future campaigns.
- Work closely with social, content, and paid media teams to support integrated marketing execution.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant brings at least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing and social media marketing. Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation ability, and relationship management are important. You should also understand how social platform algorithms and trends work, be comfortable turning data into practical actions, and bring a creative approach to campaign ideas and digital storytelling.
Technical Requirements
This role requires access to a PC or laptop with at least an i5 processor and 8 GB RAM, along with a dependable internet connection of 25 Mbps.
