Role Overview
The company is seeking 10 Social Media Hosts, including 5 male and 5 female candidates, to appear in and produce engaging content for ongoing social media initiatives centered on construction and architecture. The position is intended for individuals who can confidently present on camera, communicate clearly, and represent the brand in a professional and engaging manner while discussing projects, products, and industry topics.
Responsibilities
- Present construction and architecture-related content for social media campaigns.
- Create engaging video and digital content that supports the brand’s online presence.
- Explain projects, products, and industry subjects in a clear and appealing way.
- Represent the company professionally while appearing on camera.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support content production and delivery.
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable and confident performing on camera.
- Ability to interact effectively in online and social media settings.
- Willingness to work on-site in Addis Ababa.
- Ability to collaborate with different teams.
- Background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related engineering field is strongly preferred.
- Previous exposure to hosting, presenting, or content creation is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Young and emerging talent are encouraged to apply.
