Job description

Role Overview

We are hiring a Social Media Executive in Lusail, Qatar to support day-to-day social media operations with speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail. The position works closely with the Social Media Lead to keep brand channels active, responsive, and aligned with ongoing campaigns.

Core Responsibilities

  • Publish content across Instagram, TikTok, X, and Snapchat on a daily basis.
  • Prepare and upload posts with correct captions, tags, formatting, and timing.
  • Make sure every post reflects the brand voice, content guidelines, and campaign objectives.
  • Help maintain the publishing schedule and content calendar.
  • Handle direct messages, comments, and mentions using social management tools such as Hootsuite and Sprout Social.
  • Reply to audience queries in a prompt, professional, and brand-consistent manner in both Arabic and English.
  • Escalate complaints, sensitive conversations, and potential PR concerns to the manager.
  • Track audience conversations and identify repeating feedback or emerging trends.
  • Support content capture on mobile devices for stories, reels, and reactive updates.
  • Assist with production days, influencer shoots, and on-ground activations when required.
  • Record behind-the-scenes moments and real-time content.
  • Coordinate with the creative, influencer, and design teams to ensure timely delivery and publishing of content.
  • Follow up on pending files, assets, and approvals.
  • Monitor daily and weekly performance metrics.
  • Help prepare reports covering engagement, reach, and top-performing content.
  • Identify content that is performing strongly or needs improvement.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in social media, content, or digital marketing.
  • Experience supporting or managing brand social media accounts.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, including the ability to write and respond in both languages.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially for captions, spelling, and formatting.
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and basic algorithm behavior.
  • Ability to shoot and capture content using a mobile phone.
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to manage several tasks at once.
