Role Overview

St. Regis Downtown Dubai is looking for a Social Media Executive and Content Creator to shape the brand’s digital presence across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant channels. The role is centered on crafting refined, engaging storytelling that strengthens brand prestige, drives audience interaction, and supports booking growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and run an elevated social media plan that aligns with the sophistication and exclusivity associated with St. Regis.
  • Create engaging short-form content including videos, reels, stories, and static posts, with each format adapted to the platform it appears on.
  • Manage and improve paid social campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads and TikTok Ads to expand reach and improve return on investment.
  • Develop fresh, high-potential campaigns designed to capture attention and encourage sharing.
  • Track performance data closely and use insights to fine-tune content direction and improve results.
  • Keep up with evolving trends in travel, luxury, and lifestyle to inform content ideas and campaign planning.
  • Work closely with the design and marketing teams so all output stays consistent with the St. Regis look, tone, and messaging.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in social media management, content development, and influencer marketing.
  • Strong command of video creation and editing tools such as Adobe Suite, Lightroom, CapCut, and Premiere.
  • Practical knowledge of paid social advertising and how to optimize campaigns effectively.
  • A creative and forward-thinking mindset with the ability to spot and use emerging trends.
