About the Role
The role focuses on producing social media content for client accounts, with the goal of improving engagement, growing follower counts, and bringing creativity to monthly planning and copywriting.
Key Responsibilities
- Write copy for social media posts.
- Build and maintain the monthly publishing calendar.
- Set editorial directions and content themes.
- Define story highlights for profiles.
- Create hashtag sets for campaigns and posts.
- Review performance metrics to understand what works best.
- Guide designers on artwork creation and content layout.
- Proofread and refine post content before publication.
- Schedule and publish content on client social channels.
- Track audience comments and reply to them as part of social customer service.
- Create and manage boosting campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
Requirements
- A degree in Journalism, Communications, Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience in the area.
- Strong familiarity with social networks and day-to-day platform usage.
- Good understanding of how each social platform works and differs from the others.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in digital marketing.
- Certification in content marketing from Rock Content.
- Fluent English.
- Training or practical knowledge in Facebook and Instagram ad management.
- Training or practical knowledge in copywriting or social media management.
Work Style and Additional Information
Working hours are from 9:00 to 18:00, with a lunch break.
The position emphasizes meeting deadlines, delivering quality work, and driving results in campaigns.
The company provides the technical support needed to carry out the role.
The office is located at Rua Idalina Pereira dos Santos, 68, sala 301, next to CIC.
This is a full-time onsite position.
