Role overview
We’re hiring a U.S.-based Social Media Coordinator for an immediate start. This is a full-time exempt position that can be done remotely for candidates located in the United States, while the company headquarters are in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The pay band approved for this role is $60,000 to $70,000 per year. The position supports the day-to-day execution of content, audience engagement, and community-building efforts across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, X (Twitter), Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
You’ll partner with the marketing team to deliver on-brand daily social content, react to trends, manage community conversations, and contribute to reporting. The role also involves supporting influencer relationships, monitoring campaign results, and helping shape premium, aspirational marketing campaigns. Travel is required at least once per quarter, with additional travel possible.
Content support and publishing
- Help prepare social content by writing captions, repurposing existing assets, and uploading posts through native platform tools.
- Maintain and update editorial calendars in close coordination with marketing.
- Watch for emerging trends and suggest both timely and planned content ideas.
- Partner with the marketing team on campaigns that reflect the audience’s interests and lifestyle.
Community management and growth
- Track and participate in conversations across all active social channels.
- Handle comments, direct messages, and mentions using the brand’s tone of voice.
- Build and manage relationships with influencers to support campaign and content goals.
- Stay informed about memes, trends, and viral content to keep the brand relevant.
Performance tracking and reporting
- Assist the Social Media Manager with monitoring KPIs and social performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign outcomes.
- Use social analytics tools to identify insights that can improve future content and campaigns.
Cross-functional collaboration
- Work with the Social Media Manager, creators, and designers to keep branding consistent.
- Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions for upcoming launches and campaigns.
- Support wider marketing efforts tied to premium brand positioning.
- Gather timely updates from Product, PR, Copy, and other teams to inform social content.
- Join creative off-sites and content shoots with the Las Vegas team when needed.
Productions, activations, and events
- Support planning and execution for content shoots, lifestyle sessions, brand activations, influencer events, pop-ups, and experiential marketing activities.
- Capture and publish live social content during events, including behind-the-scenes moments and highlights.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, creators, influencers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to keep production running smoothly.
- Help organize schedules, shot lists, capture plans, and event logistics.
- Identify compelling moments and creator content opportunities during events and activations.
- Assist with influencer coordination, including attendance tracking, content collection, approval follow-up, and deliverable management.
- Make sure event content follows brand standards, campaign goals, and social best practices.
- Support post-event asset organization, content management, and performance review as needed.
Candidate profile
The right candidate is personable, creative, highly organized, attentive to detail, and genuinely excited about social media. They should understand how social platforms and algorithms work, be comfortable writing and scheduling across multiple channels, and know how to use tools that measure performance. A collaborative approach, a fast pace, and the ability to juggle several priorities are important.
Qualifications
- Some college is preferred; a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar area is an advantage.
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in social media, community management, or content coordination.
- Basic design or video editing ability using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Express.
- Strong writing, grammar, and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, and newer platforms.
- Comfort using social scheduling tools and analytics dashboards.
- Interest in or familiarity with luxury branding, modern relationships, or pop culture.
- Availability to travel once per quarter.
