Role Overview
Based in E1, London and reporting to the Marketing & Communications Director, this position calls for a highly organised and imaginative Social Media & Content Lead. The role focuses on managing the brand’s social channels, shaping content direction, growing audience engagement, and supporting campaigns, runway shows, and brand events.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and deliver a social media plan that reflects the brand identity and supports business goals.
- Monitor platform updates, new tools, and algorithm shifts to improve performance and reach.
- Spot opportunities to try new content formats and bring fresh ideas to each channel.
- Produce compelling content for social platforms, including short-form video, stories, reels, and static posts.
- Maintain a high standard of visual presentation and copy across all channels in line with brand tone and guidelines.
- Identify, curate, and activate user-generated and community-led content to strengthen visibility and engagement.
- Build and manage social content calendars in coordination with wider marketing plans and the master marketing calendar.
- Engage with followers across platforms by replying to comments, direct messages, and mentions in a timely and on-brand manner.
- Support community building by nurturing relationships with audiences and brand supporters.
- Track performance across channels using analytics tools and turn findings into practical improvements.
- Prepare regular reports covering key metrics, campaign results, audience growth, and engagement trends.
- Support global campaign production, including scheduling, logistics, and coordination between internal and external teams.
- Help manage asset tracking, delivery schedules, and post-production processes for campaign, e-commerce, and social content.
- Coordinate production requirements for campaigns, shoots, lookbooks, seasonal content, and related creative assets.
- Assist with planning and delivery of shoots and runway shows, including commissioning content and liaising with creatives where needed.
- Lead capture of content during shoots, fashion shows, retail activations, events, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Oversee timely distribution of assets to social channels and internal stakeholders, maintaining consistency across touchpoints.
- Work with creative teams and external partners to maximise content output and identify additional opportunities.
- Support planning and execution of bi-annual fashion shows, presentations, retail activations, and other brand events.
- Build event-led social content plans that help expand reach and engagement.
- Coordinate live and real-time content opportunities when appropriate.
- Collaborate closely with Press, Marketing, Retail, and E-Commerce teams to ensure alignment on priorities and messaging.
- Keep communication flowing across stakeholders and contribute to cross-functional projects as required.
Requirements
- Experience in a Social Media & Content Lead role, or a similar position, ideally within fashion, luxury, lifestyle, or a related sector.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, current trends, platform features, and channel best practices.
- Excellent storytelling and content creation ability, with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Experience running content production processes, managing asset workflows, and coordinating shoots.
- Solid analytical capability and hands-on experience with social media analytics tools.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and stay organised in a busy, fast-moving environment.
- A creative mindset with enthusiasm for testing new ideas and approaches.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational discipline.
- Comfort working with colleagues at all levels, including the Creative Director and Founder.
- Previous involvement in fashion shows, campaigns, events, and broader content production is an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a closely related subject is preferred.
