  • Monitor platform trends, creator updates, and emerging opportunities across the social landscape.
  • Contribute to content planning and maintain content calendars.
  • Identify ways to improve audience growth and engagement.
  • Research creators, brands, media contacts, and possible partnership leads.

  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.
  • Help coordinate events, creator activations, screenings, and industry meetups.
  • Support project timelines and day-to-day business operations.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in social media, creator or influencer work, creator marketing, influencer marketing, entertainment marketing, or a closely related field; internships are also accepted.
  • Strong familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and creator culture.
  • Hands-on experience creating content for social media platforms.
  • Good communication and organizational abilities.
  • Comfort working on varied tasks in a fast-moving environment.
  • A following of 10k+ on at least one platform is preferred, though it is not mandatory.
  • Applicants with smaller but steadily growing audiences, strong content quality, and a solid grasp of audience development are welcome.

Why This Role
