Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Content Creator who can design compelling digital content that lifts brand visibility, boosts audience interaction, and helps achieve marketing goals. The right person will bring strong storytelling skills, fresh ideas, and a solid understanding of social media behavior, trends, and content strategy.

This position involves planning, producing, editing, and sharing content across several social channels while keeping the brand voice and visual style consistent. Success in this role depends on creativity, flexibility, and the ability to deliver polished content in a dynamic digital setting.

Responsibilities

  • Develop attention-grabbing content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant channels.
  • Write content concepts, captions, scripts, graphics, and short-form video ideas.
  • Build and manage a social media content calendar.
  • Create, edit, and refine photo, video, and graphic assets for publishing.
  • Follow social media trends, viral formats, and industry updates.
  • Work with marketing, design, and business teams to support campaign goals.
  • Ensure all content reflects a consistent brand identity.
  • Interact with online communities through comments, messages, and audience engagement when needed.
  • Review content performance and suggest ways to improve results.
  • Support influencer partnerships, promotions, and social media campaigns.
  • Maintain and organize digital content files and media libraries.
  • Keep up with algorithm updates and best practices for each platform.

Requirements

  • Strong imagination and the ability to develop original content.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of social platforms, audience engagement, and trending content styles.
  • Basic skills in photography, videography, and content editing.

Eligibility

Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, Multimedia, Public Relations, or a similar discipline are preferred. Prior exposure to content creation, social media management, digital marketing, or influencer marketing is also an advantage. Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or comparable software will be useful. Experience in video editing, graphic design, social media analytics, branding, SEO, and audience growth is beneficial.
