Role overview

Face the Future Online Ltd is part of the Face the Future Group, which brings together a clinic and an online retail business. The company is a major UK online specialist in cosmeceutical skincare, with roots going back to 2005 through its clinic and an online store launched in 2008. It offers customers a tailored skincare shopping experience, helping them find effective home-treatment products suited to their concerns, goals, and budget.

This position is based in Ossett, Wakefield, Yorkshire, and is fully site-based. Applicants should live within commuting distance or be ready to relocate before starting.

What you will do

  • Contribute to annual and quarterly marketing planning alongside the wider marketing and creative teams.
  • Create, guide, and publish engaging content for owned channels such as the website, app, and social platforms, as well as paid media.
  • Develop a varied mix of content, including video, reels, tutorials, product spotlights, and educational pieces that help build credibility and audience trust.
  • Support campaigns, product introductions, and promotional initiatives.
  • Capture content in different settings, both at the workplace and externally, including hosted events, vox pops, and interviews with community members.
  • Move quickly on relevant trends, timely moments, and opportunities in the beauty space.
  • Spot content themes, trends, and formats that connect well with the intended audience.
  • Work with the copywriter on ideas and production for additional formats such as blog posts and educational guides.
  • Track how content performs and refine output using engagement and conversion results, with ongoing testing and iteration.

Skills and experience

  • Hands-on experience producing content, ideally in beauty, skincare, or wellness.
  • Good understanding of what performs well across different content formats and audience groups.
  • Comfortable and confident on camera, with the ability to direct content shoots.
  • Ability to edit video and use design tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, or similar software.
  • Strong eye for detail while delivering video content quickly.
  • Awareness of the factors that improve engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Balanced approach that combines creativity with commercial judgement.
  • Desirable experience with skincare, aesthetics, or dermatology-led brands.
  • Desirable experience supporting eCommerce businesses.
  • Desirable experience working with influencers, UGC creators, and third-party platforms.
  • Desirable familiarity with publishing tools such as Later and Buzzsprout.

Working arrangement and additional details

This is a full-time, permanent role. The job is carried out in person at the Ossett, WF5 9TQ location.

Education and commute requirements
