Role Summary
This position is for a creative and enthusiastic content producer who will manage social media channels, develop promotional materials, strengthen brand visibility, and help grow engagement across platforms.
What You Will Do
- Create branded marketing content for Carousell Luxury across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, and other relevant channels, in the required formats.
- Work with the Luxury marketing team to generate ideas and shape content concepts.
- Build and maintain a content calendar with a clear posting plan.
- Develop video ideas and take them from concept through execution.
- Conceptualise static content and produce the supporting visual assets.
- Partner with the marketing team to refine content performance and support KPI achievement.
- Publish content on social media channels every day.
What They’re Looking For
The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in the luxury space, enjoy interacting with people, and be comfortable meeting and engaging with new audiences.
Applicants should bring at least 3 years of experience in a creative, content strategy, or content production role. Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and mobile editing tools such as CapCut is required, along with hands-on experience in videography, photography, and scriptwriting. A solid understanding of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and similar social networks is also important.
Success in this role also requires awareness of cultural conversations, an eye for trends, calmness under pressure, the ability to learn quickly, resourcefulness, independence, and the capacity to deliver work in a fast-moving environment with tight deadlines.
