About the Role

Orchid is an AI assistant that works through text messages and helps users get practical tasks done. It can organize travel, track tasks, manage calendars, draft replies, look up information, and coordinate everyday logistics. The company is seeking a creator who can translate that value into social content people genuinely want to watch.

Content to Create

You will produce short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts that feature Orchid being used in everyday situations.

• Example: texting Orchid to plan a weekend
• Example: letting Orchid manage an inbox for a full day
• Example: testing whether an AI assistant can handle an entire travel itinerary
• Example: using Orchid instead of Google for 24 hours

The strongest content should feel native to the platform, relatable, entertaining, and useful at the same time.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The right person will have a feel for TikTok, Reels, and internet culture, know how to write attention-grabbing openings, be comfortable appearing on camera, and be able to turn ordinary moments into compelling stories. A solid understanding of pacing, retention, and storytelling is also important. Prior experience creating content that feels authentic rather than overly promotional is preferred.

Bonus Experience

Additional advantage points will go to candidates with experience creating content around productivity, startups, AI, lifestyle, travel, or business. Strong video editing ability, a portfolio of short-form work, and experience growing a personal audience are also beneficial.
