Role overview

Le Nodo is looking for a creative, well-organized, and proactive Social Media & Brand Community Assistant to support a fast-growing womenswear e-commerce brand. The position combines content production, social channel management, and influencer/community coordination to help shape the brand’s presence across digital platforms.

You will collaborate closely with the Creative Director and the wider team to create polished, brand-aligned content and nurture relationships with influencers, stylists, and celebrities. This opportunity suits someone with a strong visual eye, an interest in fashion and digital culture, and a talent for storytelling and execution.

The role also has scope to develop into broader responsibilities such as content strategy, partnerships, and campaign leadership as the business expands.

Le Nodo is a luxury accessories label known for combining premium textiles with handcrafted design. The brand draws inspiration from the idea that great accessories spark conversation. Its pieces are made locally in small batches and are designed to feel timeless, distinctive, and worth collecting.

Work setup and schedule

This role can be performed remotely during East Coast working hours or in person in Cincinnati, Ohio. The expected commitment is up to 20 hours per week. Compensation will be determined according to the candidate’s experience and level of commitment.

Core responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and publish content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and newsletter channels.
  • Edit graphic assets and short-form video content, including Reels and TikToks, while supporting a consistent visual narrative.
  • Record and organize behind-the-scenes content using an iPhone or digital camera during studio sessions, photoshoots, and brand events.
  • Draft captions and campaign copy that reflect the brand’s tone and visual style.
  • Support influencer outreach as well as gifting and collaboration initiatives.
  • Help coordinate monthly influencer gifting goals; this is a coordination-only task and does not include packing or shipping, with targets subject to change.
  • Track engagement, audience feedback, and relevant cultural trends.
  • Keep content calendars updated and assist with campaign scheduling.
  • Assemble newsletters by placing content assets and copy into existing templates.
  • Share ideas that strengthen brand storytelling, campaign concepts, and community engagement.
  • Assist with e-commerce launches, promotional activities, and email marketing tasks.
  • Prepare monthly social media performance updates with analytics and insights.

Candidate profile

The ideal applicant brings 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or content creation; relevant internships are also welcome. A strong sense of aesthetics, solid familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, and comfort producing content in a fast-moving studio environment are important for success in this role.

You should also be comfortable with basic photo and video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Suite, and Canva, and know how to work with an iPhone camera. Strong written and verbal communication skills are needed, along with the ability to adapt messaging to match the brand voice.

Organization, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset are also essential. Proficiency with Google Workspace and basic project tools such as Notion and Asana is preferred. A genuine interest in fashion, culture, aesthetics, and digital storytelling will be a strong advantage.
