Role overview
This is a temporary, full-time role supporting a brand’s social and content function. The position focuses on video editing, community engagement, content organization, and producing in-house creative assets for upcoming campaigns and product launches. It supports the wholesale business and is based on-site at the Dolce Vita office in New York, NY.
Key responsibilities
- Help run the daily execution of social content across multiple platforms.
- Edit and deliver short-form video assets for digital and social use.
- Monitor and manage community interactions across social channels.
- Keep content libraries, campaign files, and social materials organized and current.
- Contribute to in-house content production for campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives.
- Balance several projects and deadlines with the support and resources provided.
- Take on additional tasks and special projects when assigned.
Specific job skills
- Edit and format short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and similar platforms.
- Support daily community management, including replies to comments and direct messages.
- Maintain content archives, campaign assets, and internal folder structures.
- Capture and create in-house content for campaigns, launches, and social moments.
- Track social trends, platform changes, and new content styles.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in social media, content creation, marketing, or a related area.
- Solid working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and newer social platforms.
- Experience editing short-form videos in CapCut or a comparable tool.
- Strong organization and the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines at once.
- Creative judgment with an understanding of social-first storytelling and visual presentation.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, collaborative setting.
Compensation
The expected base pay for this role is $26.00 to $28.00 per hour. The range may vary depending on relevant skills, training, years of experience, education, and organizational structure.

This is a temporary position. The role is on-site and must be performed in the Dolce Vita office. The work is tied to the wholesale business.
