Job description
Role overview
An established creative agency in London is expanding its social team and is hiring a Social Creative and Creator. The right person will be culturally aware, quick to move from idea to execution, and confident taking a brief from first concept through to final delivery. The content focus is social-led and entertainment-driven.
What you will do
- Own the full content creation process for major entertainment accounts, starting with concept development and ending with polished delivery, while keeping every asset aligned to platform best practice and current culture.
- Apply a strategic mindset to the work by supporting content planning, spotting what is resonating in culture, and influencing the direction of always-on social output.
- Edit at speed using CapCut and Adobe Creative Suite, including working comfortably from Premiere Pro templates.
- Go beyond execution by identifying trends, highlighting opportunities, and helping evolve the creative output.
- Handle a busy, fast-paced workflow with several deliverables at once while maintaining strong quality and creative standards.
Experience and skills needed
- A proven portfolio that clearly shows video content creation experience is essential.
- Hands-on ability with CapCut and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Practical familiarity with Premiere Pro and confidence using pre-built templates.
- Capability to turn existing footage into ongoing social content ideas and outputs.
- A proactive, delivery-oriented approach with a bias toward getting work done efficiently.
- Experience from an agency or brand environment is welcome, and part-time creators looking to transition into a communications setting will also be considered.
Compensation and location
This is a permanent position offering a salary in the range of £50,000 to £60,000, with flexibility depending on experience. The role is based in London and follows a hybrid working model.
Application note
Candidates interested in a confidential discussion are invited to share their portfolio along with their CV.
