About the Role

Fello is seeking a Social Content Manager to strengthen and expand its social presence. This is a practical, hands-on position for someone who enjoys making, publishing, and managing content while also engaging directly with the community. You will partner closely with leadership, marketing, and growth teams to convert ideas into content, run daily channel operations, and keep Fello visible with a consistent, distinctive voice across platforms.

The right candidate brings sharp editorial instincts, a strong eye for detail, and enough experience to make sound decisions with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily activity across Fello’s social channels, including scheduling, publishing, and overall channel management.
  • Stay on top of comments, direct messages, mentions, and wider community conversations, responding thoughtfully to customers, prospects, and partners.
  • Help maintain a strong, recognizable brand voice and active presence across all relevant platforms.
  • Collaborate with the CEO, Head of Community, and marketing team to transform ideas, events, customer stories, and company updates into content.
  • Capture, edit, and publish content designed specifically for social channels.
  • Rework webinars, podcasts, events, and existing assets into new content formats that broaden reach and improve engagement.
  • Use AI tools to speed up research, writing, editing, and publishing processes.
  • Review AI-assisted output carefully to keep quality high and ensure brand alignment and factual accuracy.
  • Help create repeatable systems that allow more content to be produced without lowering quality.
  • Monitor channel performance and share updates on engagement, growth, and content impact.
  • Spot trends, audience signals, and optimization opportunities to improve outcomes.
  • Support testing across formats, messaging approaches, and distribution methods.

What You Should Bring

  • Background in social media, content marketing, community, editorial work, or a closely related area.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication abilities.
  • Solid editorial judgment and a clear standard for quality.
  • Basic experience with video editing or content production.
  • Familiarity with creating content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, or YouTube.
  • Ability to work independently while managing several priorities at once.
  • Interest in AI and modern content production workflows.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in B2B SaaS, technology, or media.
  • Exposure to the real estate sector, including brokerages, teams, proptech, or similar businesses.
  • Prior ownership of brand or executive social channels.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven content tools.
  • Experience supporting online communities or community engagement programs.
