Job description

About the Company

GUESTPIX is a worldwide events platform focused on helping people capture and relive memorable occasions. The business introduced QR-code-based event photo sharing in 2022 and has since supported nearly 200,000 events across the globe, including weddings, parties, milestone celebrations, corporate events, school functions, fundraisers, camps and memorials. The brand has also been featured in outlets such as Vogue Australia, Cosmopolitan, The Australian Financial Review and USA Today.

The company is growing quickly and is looking for someone who can help tell its story through engaging content across social media, paid campaigns, the website and the platform itself.

Role Overview

This is a new role that blends content creation, production, strategy and brand storytelling. The successful candidate will work across UGC, EGC, SEO and social media, creating content that feels authentic, performs well and supports business goals.

You will be involved from idea generation through to filming, editing, publishing and reviewing results. The position suits someone who is confident on camera, comfortable working independently and able to contribute creative ideas without needing step-by-step guidance.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Produce face-to-camera UGC-style videos, reels, short-form and long-form videos, and photo content that highlights the brand and product.
  • Take projects from concept through filming, editing and publishing.
  • Own the content calendar and bring fresh hooks, formats, trends and campaign ideas forward proactively.
  • Create content that supports SEO, organic growth and wider marketing goals.
  • Develop material for both organic social channels and paid media campaigns.
  • Review content performance and adjust future output based on audience response.
  • Work closely with the marketing team on brand awareness, conversion and SEO-focused initiatives.
  • Build customer case studies and stories that help communicate value and trust.
  • Capture content at styled shoots, live events and other brand opportunities.
  • Help shape the brand voice, personality and creative direction.

What We're Looking For

The ideal person combines experience with a proactive, hands-on attitude. You should be comfortable moving between planning and execution, understand how content supports wider business outcomes and be able to identify opportunities, develop ideas and measure impact.

You’ll need to be Adelaide-based because in-person content creation is an important part of the job. Confidence on camera is essential, as you will be a regular face on the brand’s channels.

Key Attributes

  • A natural on-camera presence with an engaging, relatable personality.
  • Ability to create content with clear purpose across social, SEO and paid channels.
  • Strong skills in video editing, copywriting and communication.
  • Understanding of what makes content feel genuine rather than overly polished.
  • Interest in performance data and what drives results.
  • A self-starting approach and comfort figuring things out independently.
  • Capability to think strategically while delivering work autonomously.
  • Comfort in a fast-moving environment and enthusiasm for helping grow a global brand.

Culture

The team is small, ambitious and quick to act. Initiative, resourcefulness and care for the product and brand are valued highly. This is not a large corporate environment; people who succeed here tend to be proactive and excited by the chance to help build something meaningful.

What Makes This Role Different

  • Your work will reach a real global audience, not just sit unseen on a feed.
  • Ideas can move quickly from concept to execution with minimal bureaucracy.
  • You will have direct access to the full team and work closely with the founders.
  • You will have a genuine opportunity to shape how the brand sounds and looks.

Practical Details

  • Open to part-time or full-time arrangements.
  • The role is based in Adelaide.
  • Working setup is hybrid, with flexibility between office and remote days.
  • The product is described as fun to market.
  • The role offers the chance to make a meaningful contribution in a fast-growing business.
  • Remuneration will be competitive and aligned with experience.

Application Instructions

To be considered, candidates should email their CV and examples of past content work such as social profiles, reel links, portfolios or campaigns to apply@guestpix.com.

Applicants are also asked to upload a 60 to 90 second face-to-camera video introducing themselves, explaining why the role is appealing, why they would be a strong fit for the brand, and sharing their favourite type of event to attend and why.

Uploaded videos are private and will only be reviewed by the hiring team. Applications will be assessed as they are received, and only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.

Leave it if you'd like a reply — we won't use it for anything else.
