Job description

About the role

LeMieux is a fast-rising UK equestrian and lifestyle brand with a worldwide audience and ambitious growth plans. The company is looking for a Social, Content & Community Lead who is highly engaged with social platforms, emerging trends, audience communities and content creation. The role centres on boosting engagement, expanding reach, producing compelling content and keeping the brand current for a loyal equestrian audience.

In this position, you will shape both proactive and reactive content ideas, oversee publishing and conversations across social channels and the app, and help bring influencer partnerships to life. It is a strong fit for someone who is excited by social data and analytics, can craft responsive narratives, and enjoys building communities with genuine connection.

Social strategy and platform ownership

  • Develop and execute social-led campaigns focused on engagement, reach and relevance across every channel.
  • Take responsibility for LeMieux’s key social accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.
  • Align social plans with the wider campaign and communications calendar, taking into account customer segments and seasonal priorities.
  • Adjust quickly when business needs or in-season changes require a different approach, and find strong alternatives at speed.

Trend awareness and channel development

  • Keep a close watch on platform updates and social trends so content stays current, effective and tailored to each channel.
  • Continuously build platform performance through a strong understanding of audience behaviour and channel best practice.
  • Recommend and explore new channels where they may support the brand.

Content ideation and creation

  • Come up with creative ideas that use trending moments and brand stories, balancing long-term planning with fast-moving real-time content.
  • Create engaging on-brand social content independently and with the wider team, including video and still imagery, from shoot through to edit.
  • Contribute actively to an in-house creative and marketing team that produces high-quality content at significant volume.

Briefing and coordination

  • Prepare clear, detailed content briefs and work closely with creative and marketing teams.
  • When needed, support the full content production process from brief development through to publishing.

Publishing and optimisation

  • Plan, schedule and publish content at the most effective times and in formats suited to each platform.
  • Use Hootsuite to organise content, manage scheduling and generate insights.

Community management

  • Represent the brand voice across social channels and inside the LeMieux app.
  • Moderate discussions, engage moderators, share content, use the community space for ideas, respond to feedback and react quickly to relevant brand opportunities.
  • Help shape positive community sentiment and maintain active, responsive engagement.

Influencer discovery and support

  • Identify new influencer talent and generate ideas that keep a steady pipeline of partners.
  • Build relationships with influencers, coordinate with internal stakeholders and support behind the scenes on shoots and content activity.
  • Collaborate on influencer-led content and help manage related campaigns.

Performance analysis

  • Measure engagement, reach, sentiment and community growth.
  • Turn findings into practical recommendations through clear reporting and insight.
  • Use data to shape social and content decisions that improve outcomes.
