About the company

5x10 is a growth studio that helps companies build brands, marketing, and products using research and hypothesis-led testing. Over the past 7+ years, the team has delivered 80+ projects for businesses in fintech, retail, and the sharing economy, including Paynet, Alif, Ayan, Skyeng, and Korzinka.

The studio works across Central Asia (Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan), the UAE, and the UK. It has a 45-person team and operates fully remotely.

Role overview

The main challenge is that the studio produces strong work, but its visibility is still limited. With a large library of case studies, visual assets, and measurable results, the company needs someone who can turn this material into content that brings in clients.

The role is focused on shaping case studies, publishing content across studio channels, coordinating with creative teammates, and tracking what content generates interest and leads.

What you will do

  • Collect project information from the relevant team members after delivery, including project managers, designers, and founders.
  • Turn completed projects into clear case studies structured around the problem, the solution, and the outcome, with measurable results and no unnecessary filler.
  • Write social media content, typically 2 to 3 posts per week, covering case studies, expert viewpoints, and industry observations.
  • Repurpose the same idea into formats suited for different platforms, such as longer Facebook posts, shorter Instagram content, and detailed Behance write-ups.
  • Work with designers by sharing briefs, references, and feedback on visual outputs.
  • Publish content on Facebook, Instagram, Behance, Dribbble, and Pinterest.
  • Post daily visual assets such as illustrations, 3D content, and videos produced by the team.
  • Create materials for partner distribution channels.
  • Review analytics to understand what performs well, what underperforms, and which content drives leads.
  • Prepare weekly updates covering published content, performance metrics, and key insights.

KPIs

  • Publish 2 to 3 full Facebook posts each week.
  • Share 5 to 7 visuals per day on Instagram and Dribbble.
  • Produce 1 to 2 Behance case studies every week.
  • Increase Telegram subscribers by 500+ per month during the first 3 months.
  • Generate 2 to 3 inquiries per month from social media after the second month.

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in social media marketing, content marketing, or copywriting.
  • Background working with B2B audiences such as agencies, product companies, and startups.
  • Understanding of the creative services space, including design, branding, and marketing.
  • Ability to write case studies, posts, and longer-form content that is specific, measurable, and free of filler.
  • Working knowledge of how Facebook, Instagram, Behance, and Dribbble function.
  • Ability to structure case studies into a problem-solution-result format.
  • Comfort working with designers by creating briefs, sharing references, and reviewing outputs.
  • English proficiency at B2+ level for reading, writing, and adapting text with AI support.
  • Self-directed working style with the ability to find material and solve problems independently.
  • Proactive mindset with a habit of spotting improvements and suggesting ideas.
  • Strong communication skills and ease in extracting information from team members.
  • Organized approach to content calendars and deadlines.
  • Awareness of how other agencies present case studies and current industry trends.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in a creative agency or design studio.
  • A portfolio that includes case studies you have built or structured.
  • Basic familiarity with metrics such as CAC, LTV, and conversion.
  • Basic Figma skills for cropping, exporting, and simple edits.
  • Experience using Notion, Asana, or Trello for task management.

Terms

The offered compensation is USD 2,000 to 3,000, depending on interview performance.

The role is fully remote and there is no office requirement. The organization has entities in the UAE, Lithuania, Russia, Uzbekistan, and Tajikistan.
