Job description

About the company

Into3.ai positions itself as India’s first learning infrastructure platform. Its approach to learning is rooted in science and AI: it tracks learner biomarkers in real time, including facial expressions and cardiovascular indicators such as SpO2, blood pressure, and heart rate, and then adjusts the learning experience based on those signals. The goal is to move beyond surface-level learning and support genuine knowledge transfer through highly personalised, AI-driven experiences.

Role purpose

This position is the science-focused counterpart to Script QA Reviewer #1. It centers on Chemistry, Biology, and broader Science content for CBSE Classes 8 to 10. The two reviewers together are expected to cover the full subject range while maintaining uniform quality standards.

What you will do

In the first week, you will begin with content already live in production, starting with Chemistry Class 9, Chapter 3: Atoms & Molecules. You will review the current scripts for that topic across all persona variants, complete the same onboarding flow as Reviewer #1, learn the structure of the content, understand persona-based differences, and study the AI Error Log. You will also complete a calibration task with Reviewer #1 by independently reviewing the same 10 scripts and then comparing feedback to align on review standards.

During the first month, you will work at the same pace expected of Reviewer #1, reviewing roughly 30 to 50 scripts each day across Chemistry, Biology, and Science. Chemistry checks will include verifying whether equations are balanced, formulas are correct, periodic table data is accurate, and lab safety information is added where needed. Biology checks will focus on whether diagrams are described correctly, sequences are logically and scientifically accurate, and whether the content avoids simplifications that could lead to misconceptions. You will also help maintain the shared AI Error Log, especially by documenting recurring chemistry-related mistakes such as wrong valency, incorrect reaction products, and confusion between molar mass and atomic mass.

As the content pipeline grows, you will continue reviewing content at scale while keeping quality standards steady. You will also update the QA checklist and Error Log when new patterns appear, and help onboard/train new QA reviewers if the team expands.

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate matches the profile expected for Reviewer #1, but with stronger subject depth in Science and Chemistry. Between the two reviewers, the team should collectively cover the CBSE Classes 8 to 10 syllabus with real expertise.

You should be fluent in Hindi and English, be extremely detail-oriented, and be comfortable making independent judgments. For chemistry-related work, you must be able to balance equations, check molecular weights, and identify incorrect reaction mechanisms without relying on reference materials.

Preferred background

Teaching or tutoring experience is a strong plus because it suggests you know how students actually learn and where misunderstandings commonly happen. Prior experience reviewing AI-generated content is also helpful, since AI systems often produce confident but incorrect outputs. Familiarity with competitive exam patterns such as JEE Foundation or NTSE is an added advantage, as some scripts go into more advanced depth.

Important fit criteria

This role is not suitable if you have not worked with CBSE content since your school days and would need substantial refreshers. It also requires careful reading rather than just fast reading, because accuracy matters more than speed. The role is focused on content quality, not just grammar or spelling; the main responsibility is ensuring factual accuracy, correct formulas, suitable examples, and the right difficulty level.
