Role Overview

As an SMB Account Executive, you will drive growth across APAC by engaging new small business owners and showing how Mindbody’s technology can simplify their operations, increase customer acquisition, and support revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business by conducting a high-volume outbound sales effort focused on SMB prospects.
  • Manage the complete sales journey from initial outreach to final closure, balancing speed, confidence, and professionalism.
  • Run consultative sales discussions that clearly demonstrate how the product addresses real business pain points.
  • Position Mindbody competitively in a dynamic market and handle comparisons with alternative solutions effectively.
  • Maintain strong attention to targets, pipeline activity, and daily organization across a busy book of opportunities.
  • Work within Salesforce to record activity, support forecasting, and improve sales execution.
  • Stay current on product changes, competitor movement, and wider market developments to keep messaging relevant.
  • Continuously learn, refine your approach, and contribute to a team culture that values progress and achievement.

Experience and Skills Required

  • 2 to 4 years of demonstrated success in high-volume, end-to-end sales or experience as a strong-performing Senior SDR in SaaS.
  • A track record of turning outbound prospects into closed business within 45 days or less.
  • Strong focus on goals, outcomes, and performance accountability.
  • Excellent organization and the ability to handle several conversations and deals at the same time.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a competitive mindset that turns setbacks into learning.
  • Clear, persuasive communication tailored to small business audiences.
  • Comfort using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
  • Experience in SaaS or wellness/fitness technology is an advantage.
  • Added value if you understand APIs, integrations, or cloud-based tools and can use that knowledge in selling discussions.

Additional Information

The role is based in Singapore and follows an onsite full-time working arrangement.
