Overview
Grainger & Worrall is seeking a practical and dependable Site Technician / Handyperson to support the smooth running of a busy manufacturing facility in Bridgnorth. The role is focused on maintaining a safe, efficient and well-presented site, with responsibility across buildings, yard areas, repairs, compliance checks and day-to-day facility support.
The company designs and manufactures complex cast and precision-machined solutions for advanced applications across automotive, aerospace, defence, motorsport and other industries. Working Pattern and Pay
This is a 40-hour per week role, worked Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:00. The pay is up to £14.51 per hour, which is approximately £30,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Duties
In this position, you will contribute to the daily operation of the site by carrying out planned maintenance checks, handling minor repairs, and helping maintain compliance and high standards across the facility. You will also support technical problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
